Thanks to DFF and Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni, a session on Magic of Manifestation was held over Zoom by Mr. Sneh Desai, India’s leading Life Coach and Business Coach on 28th Mach 2025.
It was indeed great to hear him from the word go to a 2.1/2 hour session even when he was on vacation. The life stories, the transformation of people, from zero to hero, what is it that transforms a person suffering from depression for over 11 years to a positive note and the 7 golden rules of Law of Attraction were the topics covered.
His formula for Law of Attraction was :
THOUGHTS + EMOTIONS + ACTIONS = MANIFESTATION
He said he set 101 goals when he was 19 and by the time he was 26, he had achieved 99 out of them. How was this possible? Simple, FOCUS.
He started with a story of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. How they could achieve success in life. It was because of one word “FOCUS”.
FOCUS = ENERGY = ATTRACTION
He said where Focus goes, energy follows. This he emphasized by the example like when you decide to buy a branded car, when you walk on the street that particular car you start looking at it only because you have thought about that particular car. So the thought starts the process of focusing on what is required.
His guru mantra is – write down your goal, place it where you can see it often and read it again and again. This is what Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni taught us in the initial stages of the diabetes reversal – to write down our goal, paste it on the wall and go through it again and again. It works ! Don’t shift your focus or waver it around. Once you decide on something, keep your focus completely on that object or requirement.
He started with a goal setting mechanism by providing a chart in the form of a Workbook and he said on the left side note down all those things you don’t want and on the right side note down those things which you want. Take a print out, strike out those which you do not want and read the ones which you want at least 3 times a day. This will enable you to FOCUS on what you want in life. Follow this for 30 days and you will Manifest. I have prepared my chart.
Next he explained the 7 golden rules of Law of Attraction :
Rule 1 : YOU GET WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT. You get about 60,000 thoughts in a day. 80% of them are negative and 95% of them are repetitive. So, think POSITIVE. He explained that SITUATION + THOUGHTS = RESULT. How you treat or handle a situation by your thought process will provide the result. If you think negative, the result will also be negative. So, think Positive.
Rule 2 : YOU ATTRACT WHAT YOU TALK ABOUT. Say what you want to feel and not what you are. If you are a good person, you will attract good people. If you talk good, you will get good in return. Don’t talk ill about others. He gave the example of Bruce Lee and his saying and according to Mother Theresa “What you resist, persists”. So let go. Be positive.
Rule 3: SEEING IS ATTRACTING : Seeing = Believing . What you see on social media, news etc. you tend to believe. That puts a lot of negativity on your mind. Read some good books, follow good authors who give insight into how to change your life. Set a role model. Read the books of Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, Dr.Deepak Chopra, Robert T.Kiosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad), Tony Robbins. Follow good people so you thought process will also remain good. Read about inspiring people.
Rule 4 : WHATEVER YOU FEEL, YOU ATTRACT : Thoughts + Emotions = Attraction. If your thoughts are positive, you attract positivity. If your thoughts are negative, you attract negativity. Your thoughts will trigger your emotions and those emotions will result in Attraction.
Money + Jealousy = No Attraction
Money + Appreciation = Attraction.
It is the emotions which follow attraction.
Rule 5 : HAPPINESS & GRATITUDE : This probably is the most important rule. These are the two magic emotions. If you keep a happy mind, your thoughts and actions will be happy. It will also make others around you happy. How to keep yourself happy. Follow the rule No.1 to 4. Gratitude is the best of the emotions that can make you happy. Consider yourself better off when you see others who are deprived of what you possess. Always pray before you eat and pray that all other people get their food every day. Prayer is thanking the creator for whatever you have got in life and even that which you did not get. Focus on what you have. When in trouble, thank the creator. When he sees that you are thankful even in the worst of situations, they will definitely give you something better. Always share your success. What you have achieved in life is not only because of YOU but because of others contribution too. Learn to acknowledge that. He gave a Gratitude Exercise to everyone to be done on a daily basis :
1. Top 3 things I am grateful for today. Something like I am healthy, I am bestowed with a particular talent, I could do something good for others, I could help 2 or 3 people today, I was kind to someone, I am thankful for being busy and so on.
2. Who is the person in your life you are grateful for today. – I am certainly grateful to Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni today for showing me a way of life and to my wife for all her support.
3. What opportunities are you grateful for ? I am grateful for opportunities like 1) getting attached to the DFF family through whatsapp 2) I am grateful for opportunity of house in Mumbai, a place of worship nearby, market in the vicinity, good people around. 3) For a good night’s sleep last night.
4. What problems are you grateful for? I am today grateful for 1) not being able to do heavy exercises because of my shoulder surgery 2) I am grateful for occasional body pain.
These gratefulness situations may change on a day to day basis. These affirmations of gratitude should form a part of daily routine, particularly in the mornings. Mr.Sneh was particularly emphasised the need to send a thank you message to Dr.Bhagyesh Kulkarni and his team for arranging the webinar which I have done.
Rule 6 : ENVIRONMENT : Your environment influences your thoughts. It is of utmost importance what sort of company you keep. If your company is positive in actions, your actions will also be directed towards positivity and if your company is negative, then your actions will be negative leading to stress in life. To change your life, change your circle. He explained the Power of Community. Like doing something in a group provides lot of energy and push rather than doing it alone. So, select your group. What Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni has always been saying, select your Accountability Partner. To bring about change in your life, join groups of similar interests e.g., yoga, trekking, travel, diabetes reversal and so on.
Rule 7 : YOU ATTRACT WHO YOU ARE : What habits, discipline you maintain is what makes others attracted to you. When you change your habits to good habits and maintain discipline in whatever you do, you will achieve what you want in life. He explained the scientific quote of Albert Einstein. “Everything is Energy. You match the frequency of the reality you want and you will get that reality. “
Lower Frequency – lower the vibrations. Things that lower your vibrations are junk food, negative self talk, negative people, gossiping or criticizing, digital media like mobile/TV/Internet and addictions etc.
Higher Frequency – higher the vibrations.
So, keep your frequency and energy always at a higher level.
He gave a list of positive affirmations like :
